Workout:-1/2 mile jog warm up
-10, 50 meter sprints down hill
-6, 50 meter sprints up hill
-1/2 mile jog cool down

This workout is to increase speed and endurance.  By running downhill it make your body think you are going faster than what you can really run.  By running up hill it increases leg strength and acceleration.
