Back Squat 4 sets of 10 reps
Lunges 3 sets of 8 reps each leg
Front squat 3 sets of 3 reps
Barbell Calf raises 3 sets of 15 reps
Machine Calf raises 3 sets of 12 reps
Leg Extension 3 sets of 12 reps
Leg curls 3 sets of 10 reps
*1:30 rest in between each set, 2:30 minutes in between back squat*
ABS
3 sets of 30 reps hanging knee raises
3 sets of 20 Russian twist w/medicine ball
3 sets of 25 reps crunches
