Q: How long should i run on the treadmill to burn fat?
A:You need to start increasing your time, until you can run for 45 minutes or an hour. Try doing 2 minutes at a higher speed, and 2 minutes at a lower speed and repeat for better fat burn.
You also need to do ab work to "get abs."

Q: What foods to eat to lose weight?
A: Beans, Soup, Dark Chocolate, Vegetables, eggs sausage, nuts, apples, yogurt, grapefruit

Q: How long to wait in between each set?
A: For main lifts(squat, bench press, deadlift) 3 minutes, all auxillary lifts wait around 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds.

A: Try to train each body part twice a week. So how many ever days that takes you then that's how many days you will train each week.
