Supplements

Some supplements I would always suggest using would be of course whey protein.  Whey protein is a fast digesting protein so it needs to be taken before, during and/or after workouts. Mainly after workouts.  Also to help recover faster when breaking down muscle tissue I would take an amino acid during workouts.  If trying to build muscle you can add in creatine, test boosters, nitric oxide boosters, estrogen blockers, etc.. Then another good protein to take inbetween meals and mainly right before bed is casein protein.  I would recommend optimum nutrition for the whey and casein protein by the other supplements are just your choice and what fits your needs and price ranges.
