Bicep//tricep/shoulders

Using Fusion Bodybuildings Purple k Reps and Purple k king of creatine right now!

My workout for today was:
Every thing was 5 sets of 8-12 to reps, I count the first set as a warmup
DB overhead press superset with front raise with DBs
Upright row superset with seated military press
Preacher curl
Inlcine seated DB curl superset with concentrated DB curl
Close grip bench
skullcrushers super set with V bar cable pushdowns

abs
hanging knee raises 5 sets of 25 reps
